Q. What are the opening hours ?
A. The thermal baths are open 7 days on 7, from 10.30 till 23.00, Fridays and Saturdays until 24.00.

Q. Do we need to make a reservation ?
A. For an acces to the thermal baths a reservation is not necessary, but for a treatment or package we ask you to book in advance by telephone (02/270.81.96).
A.* If you have a gift voucher for the entry to the thermal baths, a reservation (tel. 02/270.81.96) is obligatory.

Q. What is the price for an acces to the thermal baths ?
A. 23 euros per person (for access to the 2 thermal parts)

Q. Is it possible to wear a bathing suit in the thermal baths ?
A. We have 2 thermal complexes : 1 without bathing suit, and 1 with bathing suit. Bathrobe and towel are always obligatory.

Q. What is “aufguss” ?
A. A mixture of water and essential oils will be poured on the warm stones in the sauna. The temperature and humidity in the sauna will increase. The person who does the aufguss, will spread the warmth with a humid towel. This is why you will sweat more and thanks to the perfumes you will be able to relax better. In Thermae Grimbergen we also organize daily mint sessions in the Roman steam bath. Each visitor will receive Dead Sea salts for a peeling.

Q. Do we have to rent bathrobe and towel ?
A. You can rent these for 5.50 € or bring your own bathrobe and towel.

Q. Are slippers obligatory ?
A. No, you can also walk bare feet. If you prefer wearing slippers, you can buy them at 4.95 € or bring your own pair.

Q. Can we pay by creditcard ?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners. You can also pay cash or by bancontact/maestro.

Q. Are children allowed ?
A. Children can indeed visit our thermal baths, as long as they are under supervision of an adult and respect the calm and silence.

Q. If we want to book a treatment, do we have to pay the entry price
     for the thermal baths also ?
A. No, you can also book a treatment without using the thermal baths.

Q. Is there a parking lot ?
A. Yes, we have a large private parking place where you can park for free.

Q. Is it possible to have something to eat or to drink in Thermae Grimbergen ?
A. There is indeed a bar with restaurant, where you can go in bathrobe. The kitchen is open from 12.00 till 22.00.

Q. Is it allowed to bring a drink or meal from outside ?
A. No, you can buy a drink or meal in the centre.
